Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and commercial marketing initiatives for Raffaello & Assortments to drive sales, market shares, profit, and consumers' KPIs to meet agreed budgets.
  • Lead conversations on the brand with key functions and stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization to ensure buy-in and a smooth implementation of defined marketing strategies and programs.
Main Responsibilities

Purpose

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, market shares, profit, and consumers' KPIs to meet agreed budgets. Lead the conversations on the brand with key functions and stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.

Strategy

  • Provide insights to define key brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin, and marketing contribution as well as volumes and sales value budget.
  • Manage advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis costs.
  • Give direction on positioning in comparison with competitors' actions.
  • Develop new product development (NPD) strategy.
  • Drive innovation through new product and strategy development.

Communication & Media

  • Develop the advertising strategy and manage creative agencies.
  • Monitor the outputs related to the brand plans and participate in the definition of the promotion strategy.
  • Supervise material development activities (e.g. execution of packaging development and new packaging / labeling projects).
  • Conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up.

Research & Experimentation

  • Analyze results and data of tests, calculate KPIs, and propose actions.
  • Participate in proposal, implementation (e.g. briefs) and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, especially on social & digital marketing strategy.
  • Proactively with pragmatic approach to problem solving. Develops creative solutions.
  • Strong Project management, influencing skills, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proficiency on business analytics skill.
  • Understanding of the China market & consumers/shopper behaviors.
  • Excellent communication skills both English and Mandarin.
