Job Description

About the Role

Campari Beijing Trading is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand plans to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with the Global Strategy & Marketing function to ensure effective development of brand strategy
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop strong consumer communication plans
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop promotional plans and materials
  • Assist in the development of all marketing activities (ATL/BTL)
  • Develop relationships with trade outlets to conclude promotion activities and events
  • Conduct regular market visits and consumer research
  • Control A&P spending and phasing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management/product marketing management, ideally in international spirits
  • Prior experience in Congac is a MUST
  • Great passion in the imported spirits category and brands
  • Strong commercial marketing sense and consumer understanding
  • Brand Management knowledge on brand positioning/media/PR/promotion/research/merchandising
  • Prior experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
