Product Brand Manager

The Brand Management Manager is responsible for managing the group's brands (product lines) from planning to execution, supporting the organization's strategy and goals. Analyze the group's brand positioning and consumer insights. Convert brand elements into plans and launch strategies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Achieve Annual Financial Targets:- Meet the terminal sales targets, profit margin targets, and key customer sales targets for the product lines under management.
- Ensure the product lines in China achieve forecasted sales and avoid stockouts.
- Manage market activity costs and sample costs within budget.
- Develop clear product line promotion strategies, including product retirement, new product upgrade plans, target market promotion, and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute new product launches and achieve annual new product sales targets (note: products that obtain certification within three years are considered new products).
- Collect and respond to industry product information.
- Develop and implement provincial market VBP access plans and drive execution.
- Continuously track and provide data feedback to sales teams on key products in target markets.
- Work with sales teams to execute high-quality brand activities.
- Prepare necessary sales tools, promotional materials, and other communication materials for sales teams.
- Be a product and brand expert, providing regular training to sales teams, preparing market FAQs and suggested answers.
- Send internal reports, recognize excellent sales team members, and enhance internal excitement for products and brands.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and complete required training.
- Actively cooperate with sales, training, and professional education departments to support various activities and collect relevant information or participate in cross-departmental projects.
- Familiarize yourself with company internal processes and work according to standard procedures, while actively suggesting process optimization ideas.
- Industry service experience: 2+ years in pharmaceutical/medical device/ dental product management; sales experience is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (dental/clinical medicine, business administration); Master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Other: Fluent English; proficient in office software; agile thinking framework and data analysis capabilities; strict adherence to professional ethics, proactive, result-oriented, willing to take on responsibilities, excellent learning ability, and teamwork spirit; good communication and collaboration skills.
- Business and Financial Acumen: Data analysis capabilities, basic financial modeling skills; ability to collect and interpret industry information reports.
- Product Line Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement product line promotion strategies, pricing strategies, and track execution effectiveness.
- New Product Launch Capability: Develop commercialization plans for new products and drive sales teams to execute and achieve new product business targets.
- Market Insights and Opportunity Analysis: Industry trends, competitor technology and products, customer needs, and opportunity conversion schemes.
