- Create and develop marketing words, programs, and tools that are targeted to the achievement of sales and margin goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Complete preliminary and final marketing portfolio planning and budget, consulting and coordinating to ensure the effective execution regionally, maximizing market share.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and develop marketing materials, including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, and handbooks, to support product launches and brand awareness.
- Prepare realistic and achievable objectives, strategies, tactics plans, and sales forecasts for responsible products, ensuring alignment with Abbott's business strategies.
- Understand and implement brand strategies for assigned products based on market size, opportunities, and competition shares in the industry, building the brand image and reputation.
- Direct product promotion and growth initiatives to attain increasing market share, driving business growth and revenue.
- Work with other function management teams to ensure cross-functional alignment of product strategies, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Design training programs to consistently upgrade sales teams' professionalism in personal and group selling of focused products, enhancing sales capabilities and performance.
- Identify opinion leaders in related areas and establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), leveraging their expertise and influence to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain a national expert network to ensure strong expertise for assigned products, driving product knowledge and adoption.
- Develop loyalty speakers from KOLs, leveraging their influence and expertise to drive business growth and revenue.
- Determine the financial planning process related to product marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership, and new business, ensuring alignment with Abbott's business objectives.
- Monitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on a monthly basis, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum impact.
- Modify and manage expenses allocation to regions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum impact.
