Marketing Manager for Esports Brands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful marketing strategies to promote EA Football esports in Asia, working closely with the Franchise Brand team to drive global marketing execution.
  • Partner with agencies and production vendors to create high-quality esports marketing assets that enhance viewer engagement and retention.
  • Author campaign briefs and collaborate with marketing teams to activate campaign beats.
  • Lead the development of brand milestone deliverables, including long-range roadmaps and brand experience guides.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand development, campaign strategy, or product marketing.
  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight to market.
  • Gather and interpret data to distill meaningful insights.
  • Galvanize partners with diverse teams at all levels.
  • Excel in a matrixed environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge in the sport and culture of Football and the EAFC Franchise, with the ability to speak the language of fans in the region.
