We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at HSBC as an Investment Product Manager. This role will be responsible for facilitating end-to-end product life cycle management to ensure customer-centric products are offered to customers and ensuring the process fulfills regulatory requirements and Group policy.
Key Responsibilities- Mutual Fund Product Management
- Facilitate end-to-end product life cycle management to ensure customer-centric products are offered to customers and ensure the process fulfills regulatory requirements and Group policy.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats for wealth product development.
- Support mutual fund product roadmap, product line expansion, digital marketing, pricing, value proposition, segmentation, investment advisory, customer service.
- Launch new products from new partnership development, business term negotiation, customer needs assessment, new product onboarding, sales training to after-sales service.
- Identify key business drivers and brainstorm for investment product initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide one-stop solutions by leveraging resources from HSBC Group.
- Work independently and lead as a team player to develop digital platforms across customer continuums.
- Enhance customer journeys to offer friction-free customer experiences.
- Process enhancements across manned and digital channels to build user-friendly platforms/user interfaces for customers.
- Lead system projects from planning to execution - user requirement, UAT testing, production testing, customer & frontline communication, commercialization plan.
- Monitor customer portfolios to identify risks or opportunities for sustainable business growth.
- Identify customer behavior and equip frontline staff with tools to deepen long-term customer relationships.
- Explore business opportunities by deep diving into data across quantitative and qualitative views.
- Ensure business risk is properly assessed and fully executed when developing business growth plans. Demonstrate disciplined risk awareness when identifying new business opportunities.
- University or above graduation.
- At least 5 years' experience in the banking industry with at least 3 years' experience in investment products.
- Experience in establishing businesses and coordinating resources.
- Ambition to grow business with the team, including external and internal stakeholders.
- Good English and Mandarin communication, MS Excel skill, MS PowerPoint skill.
- Obtained Fund Qualification from AMAC.
