Horizons is representing our client, a leading Real Estate Company from Dubai, in seeking a highly skilled Immigration Head with expertise in Investment Immigration Sales in China.

About the company:

Our client is a renowned firm in international real estate investment and immigration services since 1993. We collaborate with the Savills network in 70 countries and manage our own regional offices globally. With over 150 team members worldwide, we are committed to expanding our presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the department handling investment and immigration schemes, focusing on Caribbean investment citizenships, Canada Start-up visa, and European investment opportunities.
  • Develop and adapt products for the Chinese market, catering to Chinese-speaking clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
  • Manage and develop a team of at least 3 individuals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position in investment immigration programs.
  • Deep understanding and experience with investment citizenship and European investment products.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese market specifics.
  • Ability to adapt and develop products according to local market needs.
  • Proven sales experience, including managing the sales funnel and developing effective promotion strategies.
