Global Immigration Strategist

Horizons is representing our client - a Real Estate Company from Dubai, seeking an Immigration Head with expertise in Investment Immigration Sales in China.

About the company:

Our client is a leading firm in international real estate investment and immigration services since 1993. We collaborate with the Savills network in 70 countries and manage regional offices globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the department handling investment and immigration schemes, focusing on Caribbean investment citizenships, Canada Start-up visa, and European investment opportunities.
  • Develop and adapt products for the Chinese market, including Chinese-speaking clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
  • Manage and develop a team of at least 3 individuals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in investment immigration programs.
  • Deep understanding and experience with investment citizenship and European investments.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese market.
  • Ability to adapt and develop products according to local market needs.
  • Proven sales experience, including managing the sales funnel and developing promotion strategies.
