We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Paid Services Account Manager. As a key member of our Amazon Business team, you will be responsible for driving China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct deep dive analysis on Seller business performance, define opportunities, and create actionable plans to achieve seller development goals within the portfolio of accounts.
- Collect and feedback the Voice of the Seller as input into product development and process optimization to continuously improve efficiency.
- Analyze category trends and summarize account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for the highest standard of seller experience.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve problems
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven, results-focused, and strong business sense
- Ideal experience of working within e-commerce/B2B/Tech firms
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Experience of Consulting, MRO industry, or market research preferred
