About the Role

">Responsibilities

Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in accounting-related courses, including BA Accounting and MSc Professional Accounting programmes.
">Maintaining a strong research profile, with a focus on publishing high-quality articles in reputable journals and securing research funding.
">Participating in departmental and school-level service activities, such as curriculum development and committee work.

Requirements
">- ">
PhD degree in Accounting or a related field from a reputable institution.
">Proven teaching experience in higher education, with a strong record of student evaluations and feedback.
">A proven track record of academic publications in good journals, or a strong pipeline of promising research for early-career academics.
">Recognized professional accounting qualifications, such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.
">Seven years of public accounting work experience, preferably in taxation.
">Candidates with experience in curriculum design and programme development, as well as engagement with the professional community, are highly desirable.
