Senior Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview
In this role, you will take charge of driving sales initiatives and providing exceptional support to premier accounts.
- Identifying key accounts and expanding the target market while effectively managing the allocated budget;
- Implementing comprehensive business strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and achieve sustainable growth across business areas;
- Establishing and nurturing robust partnerships, leveraging resources to meet the needs of premier accounts; promoting synergy within the Roche portfolio to deliver tailored business solutions;
- Overseeing a suitable distributor network, providing guidance and monitoring distributor performance;
- Conducting thorough competitor analysis and collaborating with the tendering team to ensure a smooth process;
- Coordinating with various internal functions to enhance business efficiency;
- Completing additional tasks or projects as assigned by your line manager.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health or Science disciplines; an MBA is advantageous;
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
You should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience within the industry. Experience in marketing and channel development is a plus.
