Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our Premier client base and foster enduring relationships with an assigned portfolio of Premier clientele.
  • Oversee the total wealth of clients by aligning our financial and investment product offerings with their specific financial requirements.
  • Advocate for our Premier Service to prospective clients, identifying their needs and referring them to other business units when suitable.
  • Contribute to branch enhancement initiatives by providing valuable customer feedback and ensuring adherence to audit standards and quality assurance.
  • 扩大卓越理财客户群,并与卓越理财客户建立长期关系
  • 根据客户的财务需求提供合适的金融及投资产品服务,管理客户的财富
  • 向潜在客户推广卓越理财服务,发掘他们的需求并且在适当的情况下推荐客户至其他业务部门
  • 配合执行分行改进措施,反映客户的意见,并确保符合分行的运作要求和品质保证

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A university degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and customer focus, complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A high level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service quality.
  • A solid understanding and keen interest in financial markets.
  • A mature and independent approach, capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
