About the Role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for selling Agilent's service solutions to customers in Jiangsu Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory products and 3+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing pre- and post-sales inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, expanding existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  3. Maintain effective client communication, ensuring long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, environmental science).
  • Strong product knowledge and 3+ years of sales experience in related products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage clients.
