Retail Key Account Manager - Nanjing

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets with key pharmacy chain accounts.
  • Negotiate market campaign designs with pharmacy chain businesses to align with market strategy.
  • Implement market campaigns for each pharmacy chain business and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Support Retail MRs in executing market campaigns in pharmacy stores within the assigned territory.
  • Support market access initiatives and collect market information as requested.
  • Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and company regulations.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medical or medicine.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven key account management experience.
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing market events.
  • Learning agility and business acumen.
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
