YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales growth through effective key account management of pharmacy chain businesses;
  • Negotiate with pharmacy chain businesses to design and develop market campaigns aligned with market strategy;
  • Implement market campaigns for each pharmacy chain business and conduct regular business reviews;
  • Support Retail MRs in executing market campaigns in pharmacy stores within assigned territories;
  • Support market access initiatives;
  • Collect and document market information as requested;
  • Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and company regulations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medical or medicine;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry;
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven records of key account management;
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing market events;
  • Learning agility and business acumen;
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
