About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trade Company Limited Nanjing Branch - P09. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our China-based sellers on Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sellers to grow their presence and business on Amazon, including identifying opportunities and monitoring their performance.
  • Work with sellers to drive feature adoption and improve the customer experience on Amazon.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive seller performance and product quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers, providing them with support and guidance to achieve their business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your work and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a role related to account management or business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
