Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts with pharmacy chain businesses to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate market campaign designs and developments with pharmacy chain businesses.
- Implement market campaigns for each pharmacy chain business and conduct regular business reviews.
- Support Retail MRs in executing market campaigns in pharmacy stores within the assigned territory.
- Support market access initiatives and collect market information as requested.
- Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medical or medicine.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven key account management experience.
- Experience in coordinating and organizing market events.
- Learning agility and business acumen.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
