District Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the designated district. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development plans for the region using available information.
- Establish and manage a distribution network in the region, ensuring sub-distributor performance meets sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the responsible areas.
- Organize marketing activities in the region to build brand image and achieve sales objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and provide realistic business updates.
Requirements:
- College degree or above with education background in biological, clinical medicine, oncology, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in clinical examination or oncology products.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
