Job DescriptionRole Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  2. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
