- 4-7 years of experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
