Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to assess their quality management systems and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure effective evaluation of supplier capabilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address quality and compliance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the escalation process for non-compliant suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Current knowledge of GMP auditing and regulation (FDA 21 CFR 820 & 21 CFR 210/211, & ISO13485) and international quality system requirements.
- Language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret quality system documents, records, and technical procedures.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
