Job Title: Medical Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for promoting scientific products to key customers and meeting individual sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will be expected to establish superior relationships with key stakeholders by demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivering scientific services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales target set by the company through scientific product promotion to key customers.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Act to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge, and delivering scientific services to build superior relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Lecture Organization: Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts.
  4. Roundtable Meetings: Organize roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area.
  5. Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Department to promote regional meetings and assist the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services.
  6. Market Information Feedback: Provide accurate market information feedback and update information in various databases, including daily documentation of activities in the CRM system.
  7. Special Projects: Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
  8. Compliance: Ensure individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and other company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree and above, major in Medicine.
  • Experience: One year (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Skills: Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base; good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive; ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in the medical field; good innovation and development capacity; customer-orientation; good ability of self-motivation; speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
