Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineering Supervisor to lead our Process Engineering team and drive process and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Process Engineering team's daily work, including BOM/SOP maintenance, process training, FOD monitoring, CCR investigation, IPQC process audit, and incoming material control.
  • Collaborate with global organizations on global projects and activities.
  • Own the local rollout and implementation of global product launches, technical spec changes, and QA system establishment.
  • Assign talents to provide technical support on production problem-solving and initiate Kaizen projects to identify and improve processes and quality.
  • Design sampling control processes and checkpoints to perfect sampling quality.
  • Coordinate internal and external ISO standard audits and Oeko-Tex annual renewal activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of engineering work experience in a leader role, preferably in the screen printing industry.
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes, product construction design, and application.
  • Solid project management experience and familiarity with Lean concepts and Sigma tools.
  • Strong hands-on ownership, proven leadership, and team management skills.
  • Efficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with command of English and Cantonese as working languages.
