Position Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement within the production team. This includes responsibilities such as process optimization, evaluation, and implementation of new equipment. The Senior Process Engineer collaborates with various functions and stakeholders to execute cross-site and cross-functional projects. The primary objective is to enhance production efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and information flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead production projects, particularly those associated with Industry 4.0 initiatives.
2. Design and optimize departmental material and information flows to enhance production processes and efficiency.
3. Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Facilitate collaboration among relevant parties to implement new processes and projects.
5. Conduct departmental cost analysis and manage budgetary controls.
6. Assess and validate new investments in equipment or projects.
7. Collaborate closely with Operational Excellence, Production Planning and Control, and automation teams to complete strategic goals and continuous improvement projects.
8. Provide Lean methodology training to staff as needed.
9. Monitor operational metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Units Per Labor Hour (UPLH), and scrap rates, offering necessary support for metric improvement.
10. Assist supervisors and managers with daily operational management and tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE SEEK:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and process standardization.
2. A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Printing.
3. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and project management tools.
4. Proficient in process management and data analysis.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum of CET-4 level.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
7. A self-motivated, honest personality with a willingness to embrace challenges.
