**Job Summary**

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IC Process Engineer to join our team. As an IC Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of IC processes, minimizing downtime and improving overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with process engineers to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process manuals and training materials.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment and process issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, including calibration and repair.
  • Develop and implement process control plans to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry, with a strong background in process engineering.
  • Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization, with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
