Sales Engineer for Compressed Air Solutions

Your Responsibilities
1. Leverage individual and team efforts to manage the sales and promotion of aftermarket services for air compressors in designated regions, achieving sales targets and enhancing market share while ensuring reasonable company profits.
2. Conduct sales activities in accordance with management protocols, which include follow-up visits based on machine counts, opportunity tracking, quoting, closing deals, and managing accounts receivable.
3. Focus on developing aftermarket services for new equipment, renewing maintenance contracts, following up with lost clients, and exploring energy-saving service opportunities.
4. Analyze current and potential customer needs, collaborating closely with internal teams such as the complete machine sales department and the service department to deliver comprehensive, one-stop aftermarket service solutions for air compressors.
5. Provide timely and effective market insights, working in tandem with the marketing team to assist in the development of products and business models that align with market demands.
6. Actively engage in learning and applying knowledge of company products and sales systems.
7. Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Conduct.
Qualifications for Success
1. A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Thermal and Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. A minimum of two years of experience in industrial product sales.
3. Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and familiar with Microsoft Office software.
4. Strong resilience under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive attitude.
