Role Summary

The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection and resolution of payment issues. This position involves collaboration with various departments to identify and address payment discrepancies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both internal and external customers through various communication channels to facilitate collections and manage days sales outstanding (DSO).
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Site Finance teams to investigate and resolve payment-related challenges.
  • Review overdue accounts receivable with supervision to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare month-end closing activities for accounts receivable and generate related reports in a timely manner.
  • Work with Site Finance to identify and resolve audit-related issues.
  • Conduct accounts receivable and sales reconciliation in accordance with US GAAP and PRC Gap standards.
