Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Floor Team Leader to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our executive floor, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in the computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and activating and issuing room keys.
  • Sell rooms or accommodations to guests without reservations based on availability.
  • Ensure rates match market codes and document any exceptions.
  • Ensure checks from outlets are scanned and charged to rooms.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None.
