Learning Experience Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team at EF Education First. This is an excellent opportunity to work on designing and developing high-quality language learning experiences that employ learning and human-centered design principles together with new, innovative technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with cutting-edge technologies and their potential in education, as well as a strong background working with digital learning materials. They should also have prior experience in language learning, ideally as both learner and instructor, which they can use to help shape the next generation of digital language learning solutions.
About the Role:- Collect and develop requirements for new learning solutions;
- Create and review learning materials and knowledge assessments across various internal platforms;
- Use available data to evaluate project results and suggest ways of improving them;
- Hire, train, and manage freelance writers and editors;
- Collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional project team to meet project objectives;
- Coordinate cross-functional communication of ongoing project needs and development progress;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new tools and tech within the language learning and wider educational ecosystem;
- Work independently to achieve project goals and meet challenging deadlines.
- Master's degree or equivalent in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics;
- Experience in EFL/ELT materials development, preferably for online learners;
- Experience working in editorial project and people management;
- Demonstrated familiarity with language standards and frameworks (e.g., CEFR);
- Digital media skills and ability to work in a technological setting;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines;
- Proven interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication;
- Strong written communication skills applied to learning materials development;
- A desire to innovate in the area of education.
