Job Description

The Creative Manager will oversee the entire creative process, working closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to understand the brief. This individual will collaborate with external agencies to drive messaging and creative direction, supporting the organization's communication needs across digital channels, including e-commerce, social media, and beyond.

The Creative Manager will be responsible for developing ideas for new product introductions, advertising, and promotional campaigns, tracking competitive developments, and finding innovative ways to communicate benefits and advantages of our products. They will work with the creative team to support the region with a full set of go-to-market assets, including e-commerce product pages, online campaign pages, social media assets, 3D renders, videos, and retail materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in digital materials, especially for product pages in online purchasing platforms like Amazon. They will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and a passion for electronic products and gadgets are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth

  • Lead the creative team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative direction and digital marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Contribute to the development of the company's brand identity and messaging

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and creative direction
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for electronic products and gadgets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
