Job Description:

As a PC ODM Quotation Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for managing all PCSD, including NB/DTAIO/SDS ODM quotation execution, to ensure the readiness of SBB/MTM contract price for specific projects. This involves collaborating with commodity GCMs and ODM GCMs to ensure accurate BS/AVAP/DB price for SBB/MTM contract price calculation, verification, and confirmation with ODMs daily and quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quarterly MTM/SBB quotation & contract price refresh Reconciliation management, including quarterly cycle count, EC, BMC recon, and monthly shipment recon.
  • Remote site SKD/CKD quotation and recon management to support Lenovo Local build requirements.
  • Drive digital transformation projects and process reengineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis to strengthen and enhance team's capability in data tracking, recording, and summarizing.
  • Coordinate price-related issues between ODMs and Lenovo cross-functional teams like FIN, BU, Fulfilment, IT, and others to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3-5 years' work experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Excel execution, Power BI, Python for data analysis capability preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Work carefully and with great responsibility, with passion to work and be highly self-motivated and results-driven.
