Front Desk Supervisor Manager

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys
• Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in
• Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations when the property cannot accommodate guests with reservations
• Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
