Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ECNs and permits, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve smooth production of annual changes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in optimizing wire lengths and process methods. You will be expected to supervise technicians, adjust process flows according to production fluctuations, and update SOPs. Additionally, you will design process flows and site layouts, study standard production times, and balance operator workloads.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ECNs and permits on time and accurately
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve smooth production of annual changes
  • Optimize wire lengths and process methods
  • Supervise technicians to ensure efficient production processes
  • Design process flows and site layouts according to BOP requirements
  • Study standard production times and balance operator workloads
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
