Professional Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cGMP regulated pharmaceutical environment is required.

Candidates should be qualified to perform operational activities on packaging process equipment.

Experience in planning, organizing, managing execution, and evaluating results is crucial.

A systematic approach to problem-solving is expected.

International experience is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will oversee and ensure that processes under their supervision are executed in accordance with both internal and external standards. They will focus on developing a self-sustaining team that strives for excellence and aims to meet defined targets while continuously improving processes.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring compliance with production targets and quality procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of the Balanced Scorecard for the area.
  • Coordinating the execution of the training plan for the team.
  • Managing workflow within the supervised area.
  • Ensuring the reliability and availability of production data.
  • Approving records and documents related to processes, ensuring batch reliability.
  • Leading projects aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Negotiating cross-departmental demands impacting performance.
  • Communicating actions and results to the broader company.
  • Preparing for and responding to internal and external audits.
  • Managing personnel within the area.
  • Delivering training on relevant topics.
  • Monitoring the performance of Operators and Technicians, providing feedback.
  • Coordinating resource use and contributing to budget establishment.
  • Ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) and performance management.
  • Overseeing safety and EHS issues in the production area.
  • Ensuring proper review and signing of Batch Production Records (BPR).
