The Training Lead will collaborate closely with the OCM lead to design and execute training plans for local deployments, guiding Wave Training Managers and Coordinators to ensure timely and effective training deliverables.
The role involves coordination with global and local training teams, managing training logistics, and reporting on training progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute training plans for local deployments in collaboration with the OCM lead.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in training development and implementation, specifically in SAP projects.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese for effective communication.
