Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst III will play a crucial role in our financial operations, focusing on the analysis and reporting of business unit performance. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of business unit profit and loss statements, assess gross margins, and track selling, general, and administrative expenses while liaising with global business units regarding financial outcomes.
  • Forecasting: Anticipate order requirements for upcoming periods and provide insights for future financial outlooks.
  • Internal Controls: Enhance and maintain robust internal control processes to ensure financial integrity.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute various analytical projects to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the Pricing team to monitor and meet pricing achievement goals.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee accounts receivable processes, drive collections in partnership with the accounts receivable and commercial teams, and review operational expenditures to optimize deferred revenue.
  • Annual Planning: Develop and prepare assumptions for the annual operating plan to guide financial strategy.
  • Special Projects: Undertake special projects and provide ad-hoc financial reporting as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within manufacturing and commercial sectors of a large multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of enhancing business processes and performance metrics.
  • Strong history of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Preferred certifications include CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Hyperion Enterprise and ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
