About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Controlling to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business partners to finalize annual budget planning and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze financial results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
  • Perform financial controlling activities, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Utilize Power BI to create and present financial reports and dashboards, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Affairs assigned by line manager or department head.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in finance-related functions, FP&A, Commercial, Controlling.
  • University degree or above, major in business or accounting or finance.
