Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Program/Project Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading IT projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of IT projects to established guardrails of scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Actively manage all aspects of project planning and execution in line with established processes and guidelines.
  • Work with line managers and resource management to staff projects and resolve staffing issues.
  • Manage project risks, identifying, evaluating, and addressing them as per established guidelines.
  • Lead the development of project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Mentor and train team members in project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
