Job Summary:

This role is part of our Customer Service Team, providing daily support and working closely with the team for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate order entry and confirmation

• Prepare and confirm customer payments, including PFI and COO

• Enter and maintain order-related data, including documents filing

• Participate in new projects, seminars, and exhibitions as required

• Work with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or International Trade related

• Excellent English skills and understanding of International Trade processes and incoterms

• Familiarity with office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
