Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and providing application support for our customers' analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and LCMS systems.

About the Role:

  • Install and commission HPLC and LCMS systems, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and meeting the customer's requirements.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance and consultation to customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve issues with their instrumentation.
  • Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports, repair reports, and preventative maintenance reports.
  • Follow established procedures to report issues to related functions and collaborate to solve.
  • Implement key account strategies for high-profile customers and maintain good relationships with industry opinion leaders.
  • Share experience and methodology of product services and applications with colleagues, helping to improve team support capacity.
  • Actively participate in PPI projects to optimize work quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, or relevant majors.
  • Two years or above working and operation experience of HPLC and LCMS. Proficiency with computer knowledge is also required.
  • Preference will be given to those with 2+ years of field service experience of LCMS, GCMS, and HPLC, previous experience in installing, servicing, and application support of analytical instrumentation.
  • Strong will and interest to diagnose and solve problems on hardware and application of LCMS.
  • Ability to work independently, effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
