Clinical Diagnostics Manager

Job Summary
As a Clinical Diagnostics Manager at Roche, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales performance in designated accounts and areas. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets assigned by your line manager while implementing Key Account Management systems and improving relationships with KOLs in respective areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor sales performance of assigned accounts
- Achieve sales targets assigned by line manager
- Implement Key Account Management system
- Improve KOL relationships in respective areas
- Work closely with local distributors in assigned areas
- Promote products and services offered by Roche to customers
- Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Application Specialist
- Keep good and up-to-date customer profiles
- Work closely with Service and Application Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in yearly budgeting exercises
- Prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts
- Conduct business in full compliance with Roche's policies and regulations
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Clinical Diagnostics or appropriate Science
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS Office software applications
- At least 2 years' experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or 2 years' similar sales experience in the industry
