About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Analysis: Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
  • Account Management: Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  • Business Development: Define the territory, opportunities and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-8 years relevant experience in the E-commerce and/or tech related industries, with a proven track record of managing accounts and/or projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with tools (Salesforce, Excel, other internal tools).
  • Education: BA/BS required, Proficiency in Business English.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience of Consulting or investment a plus.
