Job Title:

International Principal

Job Summary:

NBIS is seeking a highly experienced and visionary International Principal to lead our school community. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for implementing the school's strategic plan, developing and maintaining high-quality teaching and learning, and ensuring the school's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team and ensure effective implementation of the school's strategic plan
  • Develop and maintain high-quality teaching and learning programs, including the Cambridge Curriculum
  • Ensure the school's continued growth and success, including recruitment and retention of students and staff
  • Collaborate with the Chinese Principal to ensure effective leadership and management of the school
  • Represent the school in the public domain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including government, international businesses, and Cambridge
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in education, preferably including positions in international schools
  • Minimum 4 years' successful senior leadership experience, preferably in international schools
  • Evidence of success in managing change, school improvement, curriculum development, and innovation
  • Experience in a Cambridge School and/or China would be an advantage
  • Fluent command of English Language
