About the Role

As a Wealth Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring daily operations related to HBCN's Wealth products, such as QDII, UT, regulatory reporting, and handling exceptional cases by communicating with various parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of daily operations and deliver high standards of service to all customer groups.
  • Develop a knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient staff force under your supervision.
  • Provide reporting data to internal correspondent parties on time, meeting PBOC/CBRC/SAFE requirements and internal policy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Banking operation knowledge of Wealth products, remittance, and customer accounts, with expertise in PC.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in China SAFE rules and regulations.
  • 5-7 years of working experience.
