It is also conveniently located near the sports, leisure, business, retail, international school, healthcare facilities and residential area in Qiantan.

Leveraging on the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District, the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events, plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.

We are looking for Service Leader - Front Office/Executive Lounge / Guest Relations/Concierge , we rely on you to:

  • Provide a personalized guest service
  • Create a memorable experience for the guests in the hotel.
  • Maintain the high standards of service in the all the areas of Front Office.
  • Assist with any issues or problems

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Is a self-starter and a team player
  • Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) due to the needs of servicing international and local guests. 
  • Loves being creative with an eye for detail
  • Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
  • Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
  • Has no fear of new challenge
