Currently in its pre-opening phase, the hotel is set to open soon. Boasting an exceptional location, it offers immediate access to Subway Line 5 and is just a 15-minute drive from Hangzhou East Railway Station. Renowned attractions such as West Lake and Xixi Wetland Park are also within a convenient 30-minute drive, ensuring effortless exploration of the city's highlights. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience. 

 
We are looking for Service Leader - Finance, we rely on you to:

  • Manage hotel accounts receivable, track customer payment collection, conduct regular aging analysis, and reduce bad debt risks.
  • Develop and implement customer credit policies, evaluate customer credit ratings, review credit limit applications and make dynamic adjustments.
  • Audit accounts receivable bills for banquets, meetings and groups, ensure accurate amounts, and promptly coordinate with customers for confirmation and payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales, front desk and other departments to resolve accounts receivable disputes, promote payment collection, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare accounts receivable reports and credit analysis reports, report to the finance manager, and provide payment warning and improvement suggestions.
  • Improve accounts receivable and credit management processes, optimize customer payment terms, and enhance capital turnover efficiency.

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management or related fields; intermediate accounting qualification is preferred.
  • Over 3 years of hotel finance experience, including at least 2 years in accounts receivable and credit management.
  • Familiar with hotel accounts receivable processes, credit evaluation methods and tax regulations; proficient in financial software operation.
  • Strong data analysis and risk judgment abilities, with rigorous and principled work attitude.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interface with internal and external customers and promote problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to independently handle English contracts and credit communication with foreign customers.
