Purpose of Position

  • Assist mainly colab/product launches on website/mobile APP
  • Assist in daily operations for visual merchandising of the website (navigation, home banner)
  • Assist Ecom Team to achieve company's business goals by launching projects

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis and marketing analytics projects, from planning and execution to insight delivery, especially conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee Google Analytics (GA4) implementation, tracking user behavior, conversions, and attribution.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and visual reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms, proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation on data logic, campaign tagging, and tracking methodologies.
  • Advise clients on performance trends, optimization strategies, and analytics best practices.
  • Continuously enhance analytics frameworks, project workflows, and data storytelling approaches.

Requirement

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or data-driven project management.
  • Proven experience managing analytics projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including events, goals, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation across large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance metrics (email, loyalty, segmentation).
  • Bonus: Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
