Job duties:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions for Shenzhen station, including performance mgt. system, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, office and HR admin.
  • Assist in recruitment and retention efforts for knowledge worker and design professional.
  • Partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with production schedules and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Handle payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Oversee labor relations, including grievance handling, events and activities (if applicable).
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for mgt.
  • Act as liaison with Hong Kong HQ HR team to ensure policy alignment and smooth communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in MNC or technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in union and non-union environments.
  • Detail‑minded, hardworking, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
