该职位来源于猎聘 1. 根据HR战略拟定员工关系发展规划,包括参考方案和流程改善,以提高服务效率和质量。Provide inputs to the development of employee relations plan align with the HR strategy, including inputs and initiatives on process improvement, in order to improve service efficiency and quality to all employees.

• 根据国家法规和公司制度的变化及时审核、更新并规范员工相关制度、流程及工作说明;及时宣传公司最新政策,建立及维护员工问题预防机制,增进劳资和谐。Review、update and standardize the employee relations policies, processes and procedure, work instructions based on changes of national regulation and company policies. Promote company latest policies, establish and maintain employee dispute prevention mechanism, facilitate harmonious employee relationship.
• 为各级管理者提供建议、辅导和持续性培训。监管合法合规性,为就业和劳动合规方面的问题提供合适的建议。实施并跟进员工敬业度调查。Provide advice, coaching and on-going training to all levels of people leaders. Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and advise the business on any issues relating to employment and labor legislative compliance. Conduct and follow up with employee engagement survey. 4. 依据公司制度和国家法律法规管理并处理投诉&违规事件&离职面谈,为直接经理提供适当的指导以达成有效、公正并满意的解决方案;管理离职趋势,及时告知相关经理并提供合适的建议和纠正措施来辅助人才保留。Manage and conduct grievances & disciplinary issues& exit interviews (in line with company policy and national regulation) and provide proper guidance to line managers for efficient, fair& satisfactory resolution; monitor significant trends and highlight these to the relevant managers with recommendations for corrective action to aid employees' retention. 5. 建立并完善公司、员工各种沟通渠道, 作为联络中心,解决员工日常的咨询,提供指导并给予建议;善于发现降低风险的机会,与员工保持良好的关系并推广公开沟通的文化。Establish and improve various communication channels of company and employees, act as a contact window to address day-to-day employees' queries, provide guidance and make recommendations; identify opportunities to reduce the risk, maintain positive relationships with all employees to promote open communication culture.
• 举办公司各类促进员工身心健康的活动和项目(包括不限于新年晚会、生日会等活动) Design and deploy employee activities and projects held by company (not limited to annual dinner, birthday party etc.) 7. 工伤事件的协助处理及工伤申报等工作。Assist to deal with work injury cases and job injury management etc. 8. 负责人员招聘与甄选工作, 协助人才和组织发展工作(例如但不限于,审核申请、面试、背调、offer,人才盘点,继任计划等)。Responsible for recruitment and selection tasks; assist with talent development and organization development as needed (e.g but not limited to review applications, interview, talent review, succession planning) 9. 协助推广落地绩效管理实践,在绩效目标设定,员工发展,指导和反馈,绩效跟踪辅导和行动计划等主题上给予意见和支持。促进和引导组织改进和反馈过程。Assist in performance management practices, serving the subject on target-setting, employee development, coaching and feedback, performance counselling and action planning. Facilitates organizational improvement and feedback processes.
• 及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作。Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历,与岗位相关的专业Bachelor degree or above. Related post graduate degree

员工关系、人力资源管理或心理学、组织发展专业优先preferred—Industrial/Labor Relations or Human Resources management or Physiology or organizational development highly desirable 2. 7年以上HR工作经验,其中3年以上可借鉴的员工关系及制造业招聘经验7+ year experience in HR, 3 year above in ER & recruitment experience desirable 3. 有落地绩效管理经验Experience in practical performance mgmt. 4. 良好的语言表达、组织能力与沟通能力Good expression, organization and communication skills 5. 责任心、细心、耐心、善于沟通Strong sense of responsibility, Careful, patient with good communication skills 6. 学习主动性强;愿意接受挑战Willing to learn and stand up for the challenges Base苏州吴江,提供至市区/园区班车
