- Shape the vision for the team and work with other leads and cross-functional partners to drive consensus on key content directions;
- Strike a balance between managing the team and hands-on work, setting a strong example while ensuring high-quality content across the board;
- Give thoughtful feedback on content across different touchpoints, like namestorms, user flows, messaging frameworks, notifications, and help center articles;
- Plan and allocate team resources strategically to maximize impact;
- Build strong relationships and work closely with PM, design leaders, and operational teams;
- Develop processes and templates to improve team efficiency, and organize training or workshops to enhance their skills and advocate for content design within the company.
